I. Basic information:

1. Auto leveling and cut to length line 1 consists of hydraulic material loading car, a hydraulic tensioning

decoiler, 11 leveling rollers device, hydraulic shearing and CNC system. With the features of high

precision and automation, straightening of good quality, stable performance and easy for maintenance.

This machine is suitable for the coiling, cutting and straightening of the steel fire door factory, wall

panel, cold storage board, metal furniture, electrical cabinets manufacturers.

2. Max feeding speed is 35m/min. Length tolerance is ±0.5mm and diagonal tolerance is ±0.8mm.
